Cancellation Policy

My Zen Zone offers flexible, shared wellness space on a subscription basis for approved independent practitioners. Use of the space is non-exclusive and subject to availability, posted hours, and facility guidelines. All practitioners operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, clients, licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. Members are expected to care for the space and leave it clean after each use. Temporary setups or modifications require prior approval and must be removed after use. Access and usage may be monitored for scheduling and security purposes. Memberships may be modified or ended with notice, and access may be suspended for nonpayment, misuse, or policy violations. This policy is for informational purposes only and does not replace a separate, signed agreement governing use of the space.
